In its stunning mountainside setting Benmore is steeped in history and surrounded by dramatic scenery and home to a world-famous collection of plants.
Enjoy the 150 year old Redwood Avenue, the recently refurbished Golden Gates, pond area etc. More energetic visitors can explore the hilly parts of the garden including the Japanese Valley, Bhutanese Glade, Chilean Rainforest Glade and the Benmore Fernery. Keep an eye out for red squirrels and other wildlife as you explore the Garden.
